Payment methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer. You will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges must be covered by the delegate.
Please note: When registering for the early fee, the payment by bank transfer must be completed by the end of the early bird registration fee deadline. Otherwise, the higher fee automatically applies for the registration, and you will receive a new invoice from Delegate Services. The late fee must be paid in full prior to the conference, or the participant will be required to pay the higher on-site fee in cash or by credit card at the registration desk.
Letter of Invitation for VISA

According to the decision of the Republic of Estonia, visas are not issued for participants from Belarus and Russia.
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the Physiology in Focus 2023 event in Tallinn, Estonia will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form, hotel booking if necessary and full payment has been received. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to parties who have not registered and paid in full.
All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers. All expenses incurred concerning the delegate’s attendance at the event are the delegate's sole responsibility, and the event organizers hold no responsibility for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.
In case of visa refusal, we`ll refund the registration fee regarding the cancellation terms which can be found here.

Please note: As the summer is a busy time at consulates and embassies, if you require a visa to enter the Schengen zone, please start the process 3 months earlier. Conference participants can apply for a business visa (https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/business-schengen-visa/), which requires an invitation letter from Delegate Services.
